Chef Valenzuela has been with Millcreek Inn since May 2003, as Millcreek Inn's Executive Chef. Since then his skills and reputation as a premiere chef have grown, and has commanded the attention of the culinary community. His passion for his craft transforms every function into a beautiful celebration that is as unique as the setting in Millcreek Canyon. Chef Valenzuela always commits himself to make every event something special. In 2015, in addition to being the Executive Chef, he has also expanded his scope to include operational management of Millcreek Inn.
Sage Singleton - Service and Event Manager
Sage is the Service and Event Manager at Millcreek Inn. She has worked in the event planning industry for seven years and has overseen more than 750 events. Her experience includes designing, planning, managing, and executing weddings, corporate functions, fundraisers, and non-profit events. Sage works with clients from start to finish to plan and carry out wonderful events. She strategically outlines the event and oversees all details, helping brides plan the perfect day! Sage loves weddings and being able to help clients create a dream wedding and event.
Tina Sophia - Office Manager
Tina grew up in Indiana, and has lived in Utah for 22 years. In addition to managing the office, Tina provides great focus on planning and executing successful events. She is friendly and understands the importance of building trust in client relationships. She is a highly effective team player who has great presentation skills, contagious enthusiasm, and deep rooted passion for excellence. Her attention to details plays an important role in the overall function and office administration. She will partner with each client to ensure services are delivered.
