    Jesus "Paco" Valenzuela

    A student of the Culinary Institute of the Arts in New York City, ​Valenzuela is well recognized for his inventive use of ingredients, presentation, and flavor. Chef Valenzuela combines fresh ingredients with modern, traditional and ethnic flare. He will customize your function to embody your culinary desires.

    His deep appreciation for continental cuisine was developed at a young age. He was born in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico, grew up in California and the Salt Lake City area, where he was exposed to a variety of food that would fuel his lifelong passion for cooking. Working and studying the nuances of both French and Classic American cuisine, he began his culinary career at the age of 19. Cooking in some of the best restaurants is the USA with great chefs. From the well-known restaurant, Stein Erickson Lodge located at the peak of Deer Valley in Salt Lake City to Pelham Country Club located in New York City, for the past 20 plus years, Chef Valenzuela has continued to refine his craft. His work is central to every meal he produces. His passion for cooking gives everything that extra ounce of deliciousness. When he is not cooking at work, you will find him cooking with his young daughters and wife. He also enjoys bicycling, hiking, and fishing.

    Kenna Schow

    Kenna Schow is an Event and Service Coordinator here at Millcreek Inn. She has been working in the wedding and events industry for several years. Her passion for weddings and events started at a young age when she would assist at family weddings. She kicked off her career in the industry as a server for a wedding venue at just 14 years old. She has been working hard since then to continue her career and expand her skills.

    With a background in floral and décor, she has an eye for detail which shines through when helping plan an event. She loves working with people from start to finish, getting to know them, and helping their event dreams come true. Kenna is full of event planning advice and loves to share it with the world. When out of the office, Kenna enjoys attending (a lot of) concerts, spending time with her fat cat, and camping.

    Hannah Callaway

    Hannah Callaway is one of the Event and Service Coordinators at Millcreek Inn. She is a native to northern Utah and has been in the event industry since she was 22. She fell in love with the exhilaration of being an event planner right away. After working just one event, she knew this was the career path for her. 
     
    Hannah received her degree in Public Relations with a focus on event planning from Utah State University. Previously, she worked at Walt Disney World in Florida through their college program. It was there she learned about the importance of service and doing all you can to give every individual the best experience possible. She firmly believes in making each wedding unique and special. Hannah always goes the extra mile to be sure the couple’s personalities shine through their event. When not planning weddings, Hannah enjoys spending time with her dogs, whether it be hiking in the mountains or cuddling on the couch with them.
